For 30 years, I’ve watched seeds grow on my farm. Tiny, fragile seeds go into the soil… and with the right care, they transform into nourishing food. But here’s the thing: even the best seeds won’t grow in poor soil. No matter how high-quality the seed is, growth is impossible without the right foundation.
The same is true for our health. Your “soil” is your purpose, your beliefs, and your mindset.
If you start your journey thinking, “I’ll never feel better”, you’re planting seeds in depleted soil. But if you believe your body was created to heal and thrive, your choices begin to support growth naturally.
Today’s Challenge: Take a moment to reflect. What beliefs are you planting in your life? Are they nourishing your health, energy, and wellbeing—or holding you back?
Remember: Strong soil creates strong growth. Start with your purpose, and everything else will follow.
