The next step will include a comprehensive personal wellness assessment. In this hour session we will discuss the areas of your health that you want to improve and any particular goals you have already identified. Based on your thoughts, a customized plan to your personal health needs will evolve. It will contain steps that you can obtain through your strengths. Plus several ongoing support elements you may want to check out that might aid you in obtaining your desired health outcomes. There are 2 meetings The initial 1 hour meeting and one 30 minute follow up. Appointments are held virtually rather than in person at this time.
